For those of you who have joined in the last few months, check out David's E section further below. It got hidden for a while, but there's lots of amazing stuff in there which will blow your mind. David has put in a hell of a lot of work and it deserves to be seen.

A couple o months ago I received a 180 pages -near finished-
print proof of his soon to be released book 'Welcome Home Elvis'.
In depth research by David on Elvis' return home in Memphis, the Nashville
sessions for Elvis Is Back, Sinatra show, etc. Hundreds of photos and
memorabilia, both in color and black & white. Excellent design!
Put it on your 'need to have' wantlist.

Realy great to give David''s threads a section of there own.
They are all GREAT !

I remember you advised David to make a book Ger.
So he took your advise ?
Any supervision / layout control by you maybe ?
I will surely by this book. I bet it is already a classic before it's release.

Haven't been able to find info on who's lend a helping hand
in the design? But that will probably included in the final edition.
Haven't heard from David for some time. Hoping he will post

I thought to take a look but each thread is a book on its own. Great read. I decided to do one thread a day just to five all the info and great pictures the attention they deserve. Thanks Davide for this great work!

Great to read he has a book to come out,as Ger say"s he is a top bloke for doing his research on what ever subjet on EP he is doing at the time!.

I admire this whole section and the job he did to collect all the info. When he pusblishes it into a book it must be updated. I've seen mistakes in Blue Hawaii sessions where information about the originals was copied exactly from another forum including outdated information. I know this because I was the source on the other TKC forum too.

I've now moved all the topics back to David's section from the picture section.

I've moved this section up in the hope that more people have a look at it.

We're taking on so many new members (where are they???) but no one much is looking at anything.

David's section is as good a place as any if you're interested in photos. There's so much work gone into it and it deserves more attention.

That's the main reason FTD has took him on - He KNOWS what he's doing!

Good news. Let's hope they treat him well.

I met up with David and his son at Trevor and Margaret's house the other week and have to say what a great guy he is, very knowledgeable indeed.

Trevor was gobsmacked (to say the least) when he asked David to date an original one-off photo he'd just bought off Ebay, and David dated it straight away, without even thinking about it!

David is a one-of-a-kind, believe me, and his input with FTD will be truly welcomed by everyone.

It's obvious from his work on here that he's incredibly knowledgeable. It's great news about his gig with FTD, I'm sure his input will be welcomed, and let's hope they at FTD appreciate it.
