Here is an article on the horses Elvis had back in the day, also the Circle G ranch. From the Elvis Monthly April 1967 No 87.

Good ol' Gary! Nice to see he continued promoting Elvis,
long after his own magazine The Tankcaster had folded.
Jim, any idea 'till what year he kept writing for the Monthly?

From memory, I have read his articles until 1976 when Elvis performed in Memphis. so I would say '76 possibly early '77.
