I like to know what the story is behind this signed album?
Was it done in Vegas, or Memphis, or...?
Is it your own, or bought from another collector?
When you have the time, Mr. Pelvis...?
Thanks in advance.

Hey Pelvis,
Don't wanna be a bad-ass, but....are you sure this autograph is real???
It doesn't look like it, to me....
Please don't shoot this poor dutchman...i'm just quessing smt125

Also....you have to be VERY carefull with autographs from Bad Nauheim. There's plenty of fake autographs from that era.

I'm sorry but the autograph looks fake. Been collecting Elvis many years and have come across many autographs and have studied Elvis' signature. There are some publications out there that really break down his style as it changed over the years but this one doesnt look good. Also as Ger pointed out, many from Bad Nauheim or the Army years are not real. There was a fantastic forgerer about 5 years ago and a bunch of fakes flooded the market and fooled even the experts. You can read about it if you do some internet searches. Again, I am sorry but a good authenticator should confirm what I am saying.

Correction, r&b.
US Male made that remark about the fake authographs, earlier on.

But yes, Im aware about the countless fakes floating around...I was a
victim myself once. Hard to determine what is real, and what is fake.
Ive seen authographs I would personaly not touch with a ten feet
pole...but in the end turned out to be the real deal.

The story is even worst....last year i was in Bad Nauheim and met a man who lived there all his life. He sold pics of G.I. Elvis, and signed them personally with Elvis autograph, and it looked exact like a real Presley authograph. I was stunned. I asked him, if i gave him a free beer ( and remind you...those beers are huge in Germany  ) he would sign an Elvis autograph for me. That was ok with him, and out of the blue i had an 'original' Elvis autograph. He sold those fakes for lots of Euros! Now......that's better for making a living than working from 9-5
