I just added another ablum to my collection, again one I used to own. But this one is a little different than the one I used to have. Same record label, just some slight differences, maybe someone can help me out with this one.
Title - From the Waist Up
Label - Golden Archives
Matric. # Side 1 GA 150 A QT2, Side 2 GA 150 B QT2
Inner sleeve is as shown in picture below, my copy I sold years ago had a plain inner sleeve
This copy also has a yellow label as seen in picture, whereas my other copy had the colorful Golden Archives label with the treasure chest. So did I get a copy pressed in another county, is it a boot of a boot?
Heres the pics.

The copy I bought around 1977 has the same label; I think the other label is from late 70's comparing with other releases with the same label.
Perhaps the upcoming bootleg book will give the facts.

Mine's the same and I bought it when it first came out, whenever that was.

The first pressing comes with yellow label / 1976.
Treasure chest Label is a later pressing from 1978/79.

Innersleeve with other Vic Colonna records used from August 1977 - 1978/79.

Murph/ Could you please take a picture of the etched matrix number "QT4"?
I've never heard of a QT4. All issues I know have QT2 in the matrix. thanks.

Just checked again, I little closer this time, its actually "QT2", my bad, I fixed by original post. I have a real hard time reading some of these matrix numbers, my eyesight ain't the best. I just learning the differerence between matrix numbers, anyone know where I could find a good tutorial on what the different numbers mean?
As for the record itself what your saying is the copy is a first pressing, but the inner sleeve if from a later pressing?
Thanks for info.

For an explaination of matrix numbers for RCA-BMG releases you have to go to the site of Keith Flynn.
