My wife is heading to Ireland at the end of the month, we live in South Carolina. I wanted to get her to check out HMV in Dublin, I assume its still there, its been 3 years since I was there last. Anyway, I was wondering, and I know this is probably a crazy question, but do they keep a certain collection of vinyl in the store. What I mean is, is there certain records they always have in stock? If I ask my wife to check out the vinyl section for me, that would be like me asking her to find the neddle in the haystack, theres no way for her to know what I have and dont have. BUT, if there are certain records they keep in stock, and I need them, I can give her a list of what to look for. I checked the HMV wesite, and the only vinyl they show is the new VIva Elvis, and Elvis Presley, and also Fun In Acapulco. So anyone out there wanna help me out?
Thanks
Murph

Murph, you may be in for a bitter disappointment, as HMV has been in dire financial trouble over the last 2-3 years, and as such, has totally rebranded their stores. She's more likely to find a blu ray disc, games console or Ipod headphones in there these days, with CD's / Album very much relegated to secondary stock these days.

The Dublin store might not be as bad as that, but the ones near me certainly are.

I wish her good luck hunting for you though!
