Yes, let's do a topic on 10 inch boots.
Which title triggered off the line of these little candy boxes?
And which was the last to leave the pressing plant?

Any experts here available? The following titles I have or had at
one time:

Spin In Spin Out / the real McCoy label/ green vinyl (500 made)
Those wunderbar Spinout outtakes...dum dee dum-yeah yeah yeah!

Especially For You / HMV label. 2 (or 3?) different front & back covers exist
Contains alt 60s Studio takes. Few hundred of each made

The Teen-Age Rage/ HMV label. 2 different front & back covers exist. And in
various colored vinyl pressings/50s masters & alt takes. 500 made of each

Elvis Is Here! Vik label. Home recordings made in Germany, and pressed in
Germany

WHAT ELSE?!
___________
I remember various titles with the ( done to death) Hayride recordings??

Bring on them beautiful front & back covers, and info, for the whole family to enjoy!
Colonel Snow, private Jans, a.o. On the double! Hut two, hut two!

a thread without covers doesn't really cook, now does it?

Are there no sites with album covers galleries? Titles alone don't

really work for me... Maybe someone else will pick up on this

thread later?

Anyway, thanks for your input, colonel.

I found these scans.

The others have the same covers as the 12 inch versions.

By the way on this site you'll find information about vinyl here:

Yes mines 10" too, this is the 1980,s French HMV Best Of Elvis Re-Issue,you can tell it from the original by the fact that there are no arched foldovers ,and the label is silver, whereas all the originals were gold.

Thanks, guys.
Has the supply dried up?
Any fresh ideas for a new topic?
Going by the response, not too many boot collectors
left these days? It's gonna be tough, Kempo, to find a
big enough group of collectors for the boot vinyl book.

I would rather see you do your stories on the times you went to the States
to see the man in concert. There's a 70s crowd out there who are on a constant
diet on this forum. Think about it.

Do I give a shit what you and all the other Darrin Lee bashers think...he contacted me to put my side of the show and did just that.
I have lost count of all the battles I have had over this "particular book" with people such as yourself (and the Doc who never even read it!) but I got too realise it aint about the show they dislike its just Darrin Lee!....end of the day I dont give a toss who put it out as long as I got my message across.

good lord! I was just asking you to tell about your adventures.
Straight from the source. And not from the pages of a book published
by a total wank who doesn't know a toss what kinda life Elvis lead
in his final years.

I don't agree.
First, there are not many people who read or post pictures on a forum.
Second, there are not many Elvis 10" records around (I have a total of maybe 120)

These 10" records are rare, especiall when you talk about boots only.
