Okay guys, after suffering a serious flue last week only yesterday the mailman brought me the SUN record. Upon inspecting this beautiful piece of vinyl something catched the eye that caused some kind of panic! It did not notice it when I considered to buy this 45. See if you can find it...

Did you noticed what got me all shook up?
There is no credits for "Scotty & Bill" or "Scotty and Bill" on either side of the label. The pushmarks are there, the matrix numbers are engraved U 131 45 72 and U 130 45 72 and the 45 has a very wide trail off - reissues or counterfeits I have learned only have a short one. For a second I thought this SUN was a fraud but then again it did not match any of the label variations I had seen of fraud copies.
But then again, the ebay-seller (a Tennessee woman trading in antiques, living 20 miles outside Memphis) was very trustworthy with a 99,8% score with 1445 sells, answered all my questions nicely, was very cooperative and got the record when buying antiques from a 78 Memphis woman who reportedly bought this in 1954. She sounded convincing and when I made clear my doubts she said it is original beyond doubt, but that i always could get my money back. Not something a fraud would do, I suppose.
After all but after consulting some experts on FECC the general consensus is that it is the real deal. Reportedly there are 37 label variations for original Suns.
QUESTION: Did any collector over here ever came across a SUN label like this, which has no credits for Scotty & Bill? What is your opinion on the Sun. Is it genuine? Is it rare?
