what can I say?
Absolutely brilliant!
The ONLY boot album sleeve that could have been originally
designed and produced back in the 50s.
I'll be the first to admit I did crappy cd designs in later years,
but this one, and Loving You on Vik, are the ones I will take
with me to that great juke box in the sky, when my time has
come...

By the way, has the few lines of Shake Rattle and Roll,
as sung at the beginning of the Berle show ever been
released officially? As far as I remember its always missing on
50s tv shows Lp and cd compilations....?!

The LP was released around aug. 1983.

The intro with Shake rattle and roll is available on CD When all was cool but was never released elsewhere as far as I know.

I have a copy for sale. Someone made a bid, but no payment yet.
They are sold by a friend of mine. I sold mine years ago.

How much do you want for it?

€25 excluding postage.
I send items same day as receiving payment providing payment is received before 11 a.m. Dutch time.
I don't make one cent on this as all money received is for my best friend, who needs the money to pay medical bills.

Other LP's available at €15 each excluding postage are:
- Welcome home Elvis (Memphis Flag 8500)
- Loving you sessions (Laurel LPM 8557)
- Steppin' out of line (Laurel LPM 2427)

Registered Parcel Postage to the UK is € 14.30 for 1, 2, 3 or 4 LP's

I'll get back to you ASAP about this. I've always loved this cover. I want the original LP.

Ben, if you want the original Shock album, you have to go for the one
posted by Jans, with the red colored bonus booklet cover. The 2nd pressing,
from the same people, released 6-8 weeks later, features a green colored
booklet cover. Same contents, perfect printing. A 3rd known pressing/printing
is a shitty boot of the original. The booklet is strictly black and white, in
poor printing. The album cover is badly reproduced too. Those responsible for
3rd edition did not have access to the original printing plates or audio
master tape.
